  • Pressure Reducing Station – Steam Services:-

These comes either with Air operated control valve or self acting pressure reducing valve. Complete package of Pressure reducing stations, size & selected as per customer requirements of Flow rate, Pressure, Temperature etc.

  • Gas Metering/Regulating Skid:-

DEVaaM offers a range of skid-mounted, pre-packaged pressure regulating stations with safety features that ensure reliable gas control and supply in domestic and industrial environments, DEVaaM also Mfg. skids as per customer demand & application & as per desired Outlet pressure.

DEVaaM gas pressure regulating and metering stations comprise maintenance-free cabinets or kiosks that are typically fitted with gas supply and control equipment such as:

  • Inlet and outlet DEVaaM make ball valves to control gas flow.
  • Inlet and outlet pressure gauges for gas measurement.
  • DEVaaM make Flow filters that isolate the gas and remove impurities.
  • DEVaaM make Pressure regulators that reduce pressure when needed, and ensure gas is supplied at a constant pressure.

  • Separator: –

It is advisable to use steam with the maximum possible dryness fraction. Wet steam is a cause of many problems including corrosion, water hammer etc. Wet steam can also damage costly equipment like flow meters, control valves etc.

DEVaaM make separators effectively remove the moisture from steam ensuring the highest dryness fraction at the outlet. These moisture separators are available with IBR test certifications if required.

DEVaaM offers a wide range of moisture separators in different materials and a large variety of sizes. Thorough engineering and precise manufacturing ensure complete removal of entrained moisture particles. Moisture separators can be cast or fabricated as required.
